Which Foods to Buy Organic?
Some people don't want to buy all of their food organic, so it's good to know how to prioritise which foods to buy. The US Environmental Working Group publish useful information each year, based on their testing for pesticide residue on fruit and vegetables. They have a list of fruits and vegetables with the highest and lowest levels of pesticide contamination. The data is from the US, but it is likely to have similarities to European food contamination.
